Interconneckt is a California general contractor restarting a 45-year brand with a simple thesis: construction is better when the people building understand the structure as deeply as the people who designed it.
We operate across three practices — commercial renovation and tenant improvement, high-end residential, and government/defense infrastructure — with one standard: engineering-grade rigor at every scale, from a storefront TI to a blast-resistant facility.
Nick leads business development and client relationships.
Ryan oversees business operations, strategy, and corporate development.
A veteran general contractor, Derek leads all construction operations — estimating, bidding, field crews, subcontractors, scheduling, and quality control. Every Interconneckt project runs through his hands from pre-construction through closeout.
Greg is a structural engineer licensed in forty-seven states, the District of Columbia, and five Canadian provinces, with twenty-five years of practice across North America. He is an expert in blast-resistant structures, crash-rated vehicle barricade systems, tensile membrane structures, E-House equipment centers, helical pile foundations, and temporary mobile infrastructure for military facilities. His residential portfolio includes engineer-of-record work on landmark Paul McClean-designed estates in the Hollywood Hills and Bel Air, specializing in complex hillside foundations in high-seismic zones. He performs static and dynamic nonlinear finite element analysis in-house, serves on ASCE Committee 55 (Tensile Membrane Structures), and holds a Master of Civil Engineering from Norwich University and a B.S. in Architectural Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, with a Doctor of Engineering in progress at Penn State.
